In this week's episode, we finally hit the big 30! I talk about a topic that is very sensitive and one that I think needs to be shared depression. I talk about a quote I heard recently from a person I respect, Greg Plitt, and I think it shows a groundbreaking perspective on something a lot of us deal with throughout life. Through all our tough times we all need to work to help one another because we are all on the same path trying to find happiness.
