Joining me on the show today is actor Mark Armstrong. Mark has appeared on many stage and screen productions, best known for playing 'Spanner' in BBC One's 'Our Girl,' with the iconic catchphrase 'Boss.' Mark shared his journey into acting and the struggles which actors face particularly going months if not years without work, and how to build up the mental resilience to carry on and aim follow your ambitions. Being my favourite program of all time, we discussed Our Girl in great detail with Mark casually name dropping the likes of Michelle Keegan, Luke Pasqualino and Olly Rix, three massive fan favourites. It seems as if Mark has a funny little antidote for every part of his career, which made this another incredibly entertaining episode.
