This month's tip is journaling. We're sure you've all heard about it before what with the all too familiar "Dear Diary..."



Journaling is a great way to write your thoughts down and have them all out in the open in front of you. Sometimes, our emotions and feelings get us overwhelmed and it can help to release some of that pent up tension and energy by putting them out on paper. It also helps to make sense of what's going on inside of you.

It's like taking your thoughts and putting them in a box for safe keeping. By creating some mind space, you create space for better thoughts and therefore better things.
