Today’s tip is probably something we could’ve talked about sooner considering it is such an anchor in our lives and is definitely a huge aid, at least for us, in manifesting the things we want.

Meditation is a practice that we’re sure everyone has heard about. We’ve had our ups and downs with it, but it is something that we regularly come back to when we feel out of alignment. It is the first thing we think of when we feel out of place or lost in our lives. We realized over time that it is actually a powerful tool, not only for its numerous mental benefits, but also in terms of manifestation.
