This week, we talk about a way of releasing something that is lingering or pent up within your body. Usually, it is a feeling or an emotion that doesn’t make us feel so good and feels like it’s festering inside us and all we want is for it to go away.

Well, rage dancing is a great way to move that energy out of your body. And it sounds exactly like what it is. You rage dance. You move your body to really loud and hardcore music (whatever that means to you) and you just let loose. You can kick and scream or punch and cry, whatever feels good for you. At the end of it, you’ll feel lighter and free. Much like a child throwing a tantrum at the store, this is the adult version of it and you get to do it in a judgment free space, in the comfort of your own home.
