๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ”™๐Ÿ“ˆ๐ŸŽ–I recently reflected that I, and assumably quite a few other people miss the opportunity of actually looking back at the actions and achievements they reached. A lot of times it happens for me because I am so caught up, by meeting friends, traveling, or I do not even realize what I am doing daily.


๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐ŸคAppreciate the small things, losing 2 kg or gaining them, depending on the goal you are trying to reach with your body, closing a deal on your job, or integrate a new healthy habit in your daily life.
