I am honored to have my longtime friend Justin in today’s interview. Back in 2015, we got to know each other during my year abroad in Vidor, Texas, USA. In this interview, he specifically goes into his self-development, which happened after high school, along with some struggles and challenges he overcame during that time.
By educating himself more through books, like: “How To Win Friends And Influence People”, he turned a lot of believes and obstacles around and kickstarted into a completely new phase of personal- and business growth.
The main topics, we touched on in this interview are:
🤔 🤩 How to stay motivated and disciplined, to improve constantly
😀 🥰 🧍♂️How important self-love is when it comes to developing habits
🙋 ⤳ 🔄 His personal routine, which enabled him to grow
❗🧘♂️ The importance and necessity of meditation
¹ 👉 🔂 The first thing Justin started to change in his everyday life 🔌 ⏭The power of the momentum
❓🧐How reflecting on your own life helps you massively to identify and overcome your struggles
👉✍️The role of writing, in order to reflect more profoundly
№👨🏻🔬The amount of change a person is able to handle, since to much change at once will resolve in no change at all, or at least not for long
👨💻🤯How to achieve the same amount of work in a shorter time, instead of extending workdays
😇⤳🌸The great feeling of focus and flow
Every single one of the topics mentioned above is worthy of a podcast by itself. Yet Justin and I went through all of these steps during the flow of our interview, or rather, our conversation. Instead of having impersonal advice, each step is illustrated by specific experiences Justin went through. I hope that those personal insights give you, as our listener a better view, on personal- and business development, to relate to those stories.
As always, we hope to inspire you and maybe, even to broaden your perspective. If you enjoy the podcast, please let us know, but more importantly, let people close to you know, how much value you could gain from listening. Thank you very much, we are grateful for every single person, that we could impact, to be more thoughtful about themselves.
