personal experiences as Latinas within the educational system during Latinx Hispanic Heritage Month.

They discuss the importance of cultural identity and inclusivity, the challenges they faced as young students, and the power of language and representation in education. They highlight the formation of the Latin Educators Network, an affinity group within the York Region District School Board, aimed at supporting
the Latinx community, promoting culturally relevant education, and
creating inclusive environments.
