QEEG, or Quantitative Electroencephalography, is like a brain map. It measures and analyzes the brain's electrical activity, giving us a detailed look at patterns linked to things like focus, stress, or mood. This helps identify areas that might need a little extra support.

Brain Neurofeedback (BNFB) builds on this map by providing real-time feedback to help the brain “self-train.” Through small, personalized sessions, BNFB teaches the brain to regulate itself, improving attention, emotional control, and even sleep.
