Dealing with Grief and sadness can be extremely difficult. When you lose someone dear to your heart, it can be tough to process. In the beginning, you feel completely NUMB. You are instantly in a state of shock, disbelief and your heart is full of sadness. I know for me, losing my daughters and my dad had to be the most difficult trials I had to endure. If you are anything like me, it's hard to show your true feelings of sadness around others. You seem to find it necessary to put on a brave face and smile even when your heart has been broken into a million pieces. During this episode, we will chat about the brave-hearted and the need to feel strong all of the time.  We will open up and have a fireside chat about our true feelings and possibly come to the realization, It's Okay Not to Be Okay.
