Description

Have you ever been in a crowded room full of people and still felt alone? I think we can all agree that this is usually during the low points of our lives. We would love to believe that everything will go according to plan as we go about our day. Right? We also KNOW that this is the furthest from the truth, and we will definitely have some sort of unexpected curve ball thrown at us. This is such a frustrating feeling, but instead of dealing with it at that moment, we tuck it away and keep moving. The issue with this is, as we continue to "Tuck things away," they begin to pile up, and because we refuse to share our struggles with anyone, we begin to internalize everything. We do this because we choose to handle everything ALONE, and no one knows what we are truly facing. This is when the overwhelming feeling of loneliness comes in a while, sitting in a crowded room full of people. No one knows your struggle, and you feel so ALONE.

During today's podcast, we will chat about the benefits that come along with feeling alone and frustrated.
