On my way to class this evening I was Stopped in my Tracks by some news. The type of news that makes you scratch your head- makes you question the world - makes you question your own mortality even makes you ask that question why does this stuff happen 🤔. The news was about 3 different friends of mine who have been on this journey with me - some for 8 plus years so for only a year ... but none the less it still shook me right to the core of my belief system - and all those questions came up for me - especially mortality and how long do we have here... and what am I doing with that time ~ take a listen 👂 to see what got me shook
