As a group of us (adults)sat around in the kitchen area - the moms of the group put their children 👶 in front of the TV for a movie 🎥 so that they could join in on the adult time ... after maybe 15-20 mins some of the mothers were trying to talk to their kids.... but there was absolutely no reply- these kids were gone/lost/overtaken by what they were watching - so much so that it became a joke. Then the talk of the new generation came in and how the technology was possibly destroying the kids?🤔 Yet later that evening I sat down to get into some escapism myself ...and low and behold the exact same situation came up - there are no differences between us and the kids!
