Yet on the day of the actual studio booking my mind started to play tricks on me- and I always speak on this : how the mind tries to control us through the subconscious negative 👎 bias- the things it was bringing up were absolutely absurd and thankfully 😅 due to self awareness and years of practice I was able to control the fake narrative- but the mind is always going to do what it does... we just have to stay on top of it!!❤️🙌👊take a listen 👂 to my experience
