The Q-Tip Bandits is a local band made up of close friends who all met while studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston. While the band is based in Brookline, an opportunity to record at Northeastern University sparked their musical journey. The group recorded a debut single, “Willow,” which garnered high praise and thousands of streams on Spotify. This ultimately led the Q-Tips to tour nationally and internationally and generate a larger following. The band has since released a new project and is working on more future endeavors. Founders Leo Son and Claire Davis talk about the Q-Tip’s musical stylings, inspirations and foundations, as well as their experiences as young professionals in the music industry.
