In this episode, host David Cifarelli explores the aspirations of artist student wanting to improve their craft by leaving then returning to Boston as well as their struggles during the pandemic.

Avery Judge has lived her whole life in Brookline. She considers herself a self-taught artist and first got involved in art as a child. While she values her upbringing close to Boston, Judge is ready to take her craft to the next level by leaving to go study at The Pratt Institute in New York City. By being exposed to a larger art scene, Judge hopes to eventually return to the Boston area and work as a studio artist. The student also shares experiences with the Coronavirus Pandemic, political involvement, and work series.
