This week we dive into important conversations with Editor, Author, Filmmaker, and Journalist for Camel City Dispatch, Chad Nance.
Chad catches up with us on some of the projects he has been working on. "Empty Bar" which helped raise money for Dale Cole and the virtual project. His collaboration with "Dear Winston" and "A Life in Sacrifice" an upcoming feature-length documentary about environmental racism in Southern Stokes County.
We also show a clip from "Ticking" a project with Joshua West featuring footage and speeches from the Black Lives Matter demonstrations in Winston-Salem and discuss the work that we all have left to do when it comes to racism in the Camel City. The full film will be released Friday in honor of Juneteenth.
