Creating a habit of meditation has proven to be one of the most affective ways of reducing anxiety and stress.  It has been scientifically proven to have countless benefits for our overall well-being.

Everything is energy.  Whatever energy you are carrying within you is going to attract similar energy.  If you are angry, hurting, frustrated, etc., you will continue to attract things in that same energy.  Appreciation also carries an energy.  It is vital that we learn to be consciously aware of the energy we carry. How do we do this? 

MEDITATION -- is the practice of bringing your full attention into the eternal now.  That is the only time we have any power to create.  When we are feeling angry, sad, disappointed, frustrated, etc ... we are essentially living in the past.  The practice of directing your attention into this moment develops your ability to CONSCIOUSLY CREATE your life.  We're always creating, but most of us create by default.  Whatever you are accustomed to feeling, is what your mind and body consistently create.  How often to you practice being at peace?

The practice of bringing your attention into the present moment, conditions you to begin noticing patterns in your behavior and thought process.
