John is a seasoned virologist, he shared so much great information on how virus effect our bodies and how people in his field combat viruses. I walked away from this podcast learning a ton. It's easy to find articles with false information, but nothing compares to speaking to an expert who dedicates his life to his craft. I'm happy people like John exists out there to help us get a better understanding of the world around us.
