Tamdan McCrory is an ex UFC and Bellator middleweight fighter, now running his own successful gym in Binghamton. Tamdan has had quite the ride from amatuer to professional scene, when New York had MMA illegal Tamdan had to be creative and proactive to how he grew his career. This transparent and honest conversation is one of the many reasons I love Tamdan. His focus has shifted to building his gym and coaching his students.
