Katie is the program manager for 2-1-1. They are a resource service that can connect you with a wide range of organizations. If you need mental help, food, shelter, or even figuring out when trash day is, they can guide you in the right direction. 2-1-1 is a non-profit organization support by United Way of Syracuse. This is a great service, that not many people in Syracuse, NY realize they have access to. Katie and her team devote a lot of time to helping others, and it's a beautiful thing!
