I recently led a Soul to Soles hike for women -- where we can get together to move our bodies in nature, but also connect with each other and have meaningful conversations that inspire some self-discovery along the way.
The theme was WANDER, and we talked about what it means to wander towards goals, ease vs. easy, how to nourish and listen to our bodies, and more.
