Description

When you think of a workout, you probably think of sweat and hustle - the opposite of cozy well-being.  So how does hygge align with running, strength training, yoga, or your spin class?  Some of the happiest people in the world embrace hygge as a regular way of life, so what would it look like to hygge your workout?  In my opinion, the mind and body are connected in such a way, that one isn’t more important than the other.  This means happiness and enjoyment while moving your body is right up there with getting a good sweat and feeling strong.
