Building A Relationship with Your Clients
When it comes to marketing, most business owners would either find their way to the public and hand over their credit cards or go straight to the point after locating their market, asking questions to solve their business problems. What business owners should do is add value to their clients or customer. They must earn their client's trust and ears by building a relationship with them. Ask questions that interest them the most, like what they do and how they do it. Then you can start by offering them "how you can help their business" get back on track or be more efficient in with their business. That way, you did not just provide for your business and help your clients but also build a network for your business for your clients, referring you to their other connections and establishing your name. Now, you will be fine engaging publicly or socially to promote and offer your services or product.
