SHOW NOTES:

Goals: Goals give us the power to make us grow and transform our life

Purpose: Who you become in the process of achieving your goal is the real purpose

A Goal Without a Plan is Just a Wish

A Goal and a Plan without Belief is just another "to do" list

Get creative - 1-20 years.

6-10 minutes for each category (Personal, Professional)

Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset, Relationships, Spirituality, Career, Businesses, Passion Projects

Example Personal Development Goals: Who would you like to become? What would you like to do? What would you like to create? Where would you like to go? What skills do you want to have? What abilities do you want? What would you like to master? What character traits do you want? What goals do you have for your career? What do you want to accomplish?

For each goal, write down the time within which you are committed to accomplishing it (1, 3, 5 10, 20 year)

Select your top goals in each category and create a big enough "why" for each of your goals.

Write down all you will gain from achieving your goal - why you're committed to making it a reality (link pleasure to achieving it).

Write down what it will cost you to not achieve the goal (linking pain to not achieving it)

**For each goal write down one daily action you can take right away to make initial progress toward achieving it.

Evaluate your progress weekly
