Following a brief introduction by JR regarding a small audio glitch at the start of the recording, he and Nef talk about topics including JR's introduction to Ring Fit Adventure and Nef's comparison to Fitness Boxing, reminiscing about the Japanese period films of the 1960's and 70's such as Lone Wolf and Cub (and where you can find them) and Japan's border situation. Later, Nef presents visual elements he shared with JR earlier, including the debut of bishoujo versions of Optimus Prime and Megatron Kotobukiya statues and some interesting artwork involving two of Nef's local hockey teams.
