We speak to James Elliott, Airborne soldier, military mental resilience coach, world record holder, and most importantly, a dad. James joined the army in 2006 and his role was to provide close gunnery support to the 3 PARA battlegroup. 


In 2016 James moved into strength and conditioning for Colchester RFC. In 2017, with a focus on performance optimisation, he started coaching resilience to troops all around the country.
