What to Do with our Hurts
8 He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it. 9 And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the Lord; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

Don't Rehearse them (replay them over and over in your imagination)
Don't Nurse Them (don't feed the negative emotions by looking for more wrong being done to you)
Don't Curse Them (Don't become so negative that you feel under a curse and don't curse those who hurt you...don't go down to their level)
Do give them to God so he can Reverse them. (We serve a God who can turn trials into triumphs...he can restore the years the locust have eaten and he can give us double for our trouble but we must give our hurts over to Him completely)
