In this week’s episode I talk with Sam from B Brave Clothing, a mental health and positivity brand that makes some awesome apparel too.
Having never met Sam in person he was a pleasure to chat with, they are doing some amazing stuff supporting Mind each month and for every t-shirt you buy a tree is planted doing something good for the environment. Sam talks openly about supporting a family member through their mental health journey and how he reached out for help when he needed it. Sam & Stacie did a Lockdown Survey through their Instagram community, the results are interesting.
