what is it about?
The quarantine suggestions have been extended to April 13th (at least in Austria). I know this can be quite a challenge to keep up with your productivity, feel connected, stay in shape and generally stay positive. I see you and I feel you.
Nevertheless, I believe any CRISIS CAN BRING also ENORM CLARITY if you choose to.
I feel this process of solitude is an incredible opportunity for personal, societal and spiritual growth. If we dare to look within first and make the needed adjustments NOW. I feel the strong call to support everyone who is committed to this path. I feel the strong call to rise like never before and invite other sisters and brothers to do the same. 2. This is a 33 days online challenge. I will post daily challenges on my IG, FB and Linkedin.
3. Follow the exercises and post your daily dose of self-activation on your social media. Make sure to tag me in your post/stories @alisaeresina and use #selfactivationchallenge so I can consider your participation (for the prize).
