(1) The desire to grow needs to be deeply rooted in a sense of happiness and love with what is. Otherwise we will always run from ourselves. Self-love needs to come before growth. We need to go in, before we go out. Listen to our inner world, before we create things in the outer world.
(2) Self-love is the capacity to hold space for our own vulnerability.
(3) If sexual energy is cut off from the heart and consciousness, it becomes a time bomb. Sex can be the most harmful, and the most phenomenal thing. We can learn how to align our sexual energy with the heart and consciousness.
