Amanda didn't have any tools to cope with anything that was thrown in her path and was first prescribed anti-depressants at age 16 which here causing her hallucinations and left her many days laying on the floor gasping for air. Her downward spiral would begin after one of her favorite teenage singers committed suicide. Eventually, the pain would be too much for Amanda, and she was planning on jumping to her death.
