Melissa Rohlfs shares her struggles with low self-esteem and low self-worth.
We all have vices. For Melissa, hers was sugar. Binging in the pantry on Oreos was how she got through her days.
She was relieved when first being diagnosed with non-military PTSD to know there was finally a name to help understand why she felt that way.
Now Melissa works with other women, helping them get "unstuck" and freeing them to move forward after doing the same for herself.
This is Melissa Rohlfs' Story of Hope!
