I'll be catching up with NC500 cycling champion and world record holder Josh Quigley live on his recent journey to win the Tour De France in 2026.
For those of you that don’t know, Josh battled with depression, woke in the middle of the night, got into his car and drove into a concrete barrier at 75 miles-an-hour. A crippling battle with depression had held this outwardly happy Scottish entrepreneur in a deadly grip. Miraculously, Josh escaped unscathed. He decided to travel the world as 'The Tartan Explorer', raising awareness. 'No one attempts suicide to die, they do it to stop the pain and suffering.' This is his journey so far.
