Voter Resolution of Race war of the past and, future America is in the midst of a race war of epic impact. It pits the McCoy’s versus the Hatfield’s in Congress, and the BLM, and illegals against the American Dream that requires learning to earn and having skill to bill; and win the international Trade War. Chinese nationalism called the China Trade Alliances using Chiana Capitalism, and the China Dream in the name of   "Wolf Warrior Belt of the Roads and Seas” strategy for winning the Trade War with America. It employs the strategy of a Monopsony government controlling supply lines with a shipping Monopoly servicing the Atlantic, Pacific and tributaries, including the Suez and Panama canals that controls seventy percent of the global trade to all parts of the Western Hemisphere, Latin America, The Straits of Gibraltar, English Chanel, and America's twenty ports. Not destroying any competitor just controlling the seaways delivery
and deploying the distribution system.

With an AI robotic system of F.O.B. destination rather than origin, shipping for 90% of global trade employing the destination for distribution costs and marketing costs to the wholesalers and retailers as does Walmart in America. Profiting $2 trillion per year in shipping, with their 5,400 cargo ships that contain a capacity of 375 Teus capacity with over 3million containers in operation, with 14,000 acres of container inventory in Shanghai, deploying the only robotic handling system in the world.  Making China and their alliances the largest supply chain exporter in the world.  Employing the largest cargo ships named “Giant” that holds 24,000 20-foot containers and Tesa holding 18,000 40-foot containers.

China’s oligarch COSCO, has a two-way AI shipping pricing system for exports calculating distance, weight, size exports and return delivery imports.  Controlling ninety percent of international
pricing done by Chinese exporters, integrated with their cost of sales, plus shipping, prior and profit before shipping.  All called boarded cost of sales and pricing. Port to port taking from one
to three weeks in transit, then waiting for manual labor to unload and reload on the import country to unload and reload on semitrailers, trains and aero delivery.

The overhead American wholesale and retail companies incur can be as much as 30% for the global trade shipping, and delivery costs of sales, with timing of delivery with a dependence on foul weather and volume of traffic in the 100 destination ports in the world.  Moving the supply lines closer to the consumer is a way to turn the tables on the Chinese control is to make shipping and
distribution costs their problem not at America’s expense.  Offering our cargo ships to handle the routes for imports and trade exports or bring the supply line closer to the US consumer
markets, lowering distribution costs.

In America the bureaucratic swamp is deep in salary costs for overreaching foreign trade rules, regulations, for transportation, energy policies, agriculture regulations, source
of health care supplies, pharmaceuticals, and who pays for employees in the supply line shipping and distribution and marketing costs. Privatizing the ntire process turns America that is now a loser into a winner.  By not losing dollarization of international trade by partnering with the Import/Export Bank, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, UN, EU to level the playing field for exchange rates to include pricing of shipping, distribution, and marketing costs excluding the use of monopsonies and monopolies.
