Having analytics for Governors is one thing and the President, cabinet, congress, judicial, and accountability another.  Because elections have negative and positive consequences. Yes, leadership matters. Following are certain analytics, meant to enlighten and not encourage analysis paralysis.

1) Implement generally accepted accounting principles at all levels of governance. Currently, cooking the books of the enterprise by treating our organization as an institution. Expose the lack of accountability in the current system of management by a budgetary system hiding obligations until later payment.

2) Average Inflation rate over the last four years and the current rate.  (Cost of living per person, tax rate by category, deficit spending, budget deficits, imbalance of trade, cost of oil and gas per gallon, environment controls as a percent of energy outsourced, versos amount of energy production internally).

3) Average Consumer Price Index over the last four years and the current rate. (Price ger gallon gasoline prices, prices for food items, prices of essential lifestyle items, a movie ticket, an automobile, an airline ticket, a hotel room, a restaurant meal, a bottle of wine, infima-item).

4) Average Unemployment rate over last four years and current rate.

5) Average GDP growth rate over last four years and the current rate.

10) Average defense spending for the last four years and the current annualized budget expenditures'

11). Average education spending for the last four years and the current annualized budget expenditures.

12) Average spending for the last four years and the current annualized budget expenditures. (Medicare, Medicaid and Obama Care).

13) Average Number of guns IN circulation for the last four years and the current estimated number in the hands of owners.

14) Number of police officers for the last four years and the current number by State and City.

15) Number of government employees for the last four years and the current number by State and City.

16) Number of teachers employed by government for the last four years and the current number by State and City.

17) Number of seats in the Senate and House controlled by one party government ... i.e.. a uni-party. Gridlock then occurs and the filibuster is the only method for getting anything passed. It's the McCoy's and the Hatfield's fighting over the leftovers and killing it with golden goose government rule where those with the gold rule.

Come on, this is ridiculous. Where are all these numbers anyway? They are in our operation of government entities but not kept. They could be data collection keyed into the cloud, using bloc chain software systems. How would this make a difference. Have heard your teachers and professors say "solutions are in the details"? Yes, we currently are expecting our leaders to fly by the seat of their pants and party.

The ultimate result is  to divide and conquer mentality that's killing the goose rather then improving it. To break the gridlock requires a swing voter to pull the votes towards the middle for consensus.  Thus,, a third party representing enterprise not institutional gridlock. Such as the American Enterprise Party representing the risk taking, enterprising American workers, that have made the wealthy on the left and right trillions since the second world war.
