Say No To The Devil it may be us.

Cost Without Quality

Americans spend more on healthcare than any other nation.

But we rank 38th worldwide inquality of care. And first in cost per patient episode. While Singapore is first in quality and last in cost per patient care episode.

How is that possible?

Because the people paying for care—the government through Medicare and Medicaid—aren’t the ones receiving it. In Singapore the system is a public and private partnership. Where provider incomes are based on positive patient outcomes.

We’ve entered a monopsony: a system where one buyer—the government—dominates the market. And when they control the purse strings, they control the quality outcome and availability of your care.

Now imagine this system absorbing 77 million baby boomers over the next decade. The pressure is unsustainable.

We’re not just heading toward a economical cost plus budgetplusbudget crisis. We’re heading toward a collapse ofcare—aging patients with  millions of chronic illnesses, overloadedfacilities, and no structural reform in sight.

Failing Government Taketh Away isn’t just a warning—it’s a blueprint for change.

I propose solutions rooted in accountability, documented outcomes, and restoring quality based enterprise to healthcare.

We must reward facilities that restore functional independence and sustainable outcomes. .

We must eliminate bureaucratic waste that costs more lives than it saves.  And eliminate waste that destroys the pursuit of profits and sustainable Medicare, Medicaid and private resources.

Now here’s where the companion book, The “Boomers” Are Coming, makes this conversation even more urgent.

Itshows the demographic tidal wave approaching—and the cost of ignoring it.

We’re talking about 350 million chronic conditions, 77 million families impacted, and an infrastructure that’s nowhere near ready to handle it. Drug adiction is having a similar need being buried in bureaucracy and lack of societal changes to reduce divorces and dependent children left behind with their insecuities and temptations and need to excel to be successful in our competive world.

That’s why we’ve paired these books together in this campaign.

Failing Government Taketh Away explains the system’s breakdown.

The “Boomers” Are Coming shows the human cost if we don’t act now. With timely proposed solutions.

Ifyou’re nearing retirement, working in healthcare, or simply care about thefuture of this country—

Thesebooks are for you.

Thisisn’t about fear. It’s about facts. It’s about taking action, with a plan, before the system fails completely.

Together,we can restore dignity to aging, reform how we pay for care, and stop ourgovernment from “taking away” what should have never been lost. It’s timely with our leaders looking to downsize the government by reducing the cost of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid … instead of the cost of government run healthcare where the general fund borrows from the entitlement trust funds using US Treasuries IOU’s to fund its gigantic cost of unaccountable government.

And we must bring patients—not wasteful treatment and medication centered  systems—back to the
