VIRTUAL INTELLIGENCE USES AND ABUSES:
I'm in the top 10% of pod casters in terms of volume. Once I achieve more professional and passionate presentations I feel the listener will share some of my ideas and experience in the health care field, the fiscal management field and business management science. So far I have had ten different countries listen in. Most in America but from Russia, Iran, the Netherlands, Sweden, Costa Rica, India, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia and Italy. My listening time per podcast has to improve and return traffic has to get interested in the topics and encourage me to continue.
With America's current slide into the pandemic, racial injustice and economic decline my qualifications are in health care and health economics. I qualify as a scientist due to my front line knowledge of systems and technology as it pertains to health care. I'm also an entrepreneur having owned my own businesses for forty years including public accounting, software development for health care, management consulting for health care and ownership of health care facilities. I have written 17 books most related to my expertise and my vision of the World from an American perspective. That will be for the good, bad and the indifferent application of health care and politics in all our lives. With the emphasis on living longer, happier and healthier lives ... that has been proven to be improved by a stable marriage and family.
This episode will focus on that topic and relate this to a mode of prevention for this pandemic and others to follow. Unfortunately, this one will take years to get resolved .., Maybe not by vaccine but by better and healthier immunity ... our immune system and those who are compromised by chronic illness (aging). In the process propose a better way of paying for outcomes rather than provider incomes and in the process getting better quality of life and longevity.
SOLUTIONS according to the CDC we must stop the Americans health decline that has damaged our herd immunity, life expectancy and quality of life and must be fixed:
• SELF-HEALTH standards must be established for Americans’ lifestyles and remedies for the 2.4 million divorces per year (researches found married mates have better lifestyle habits due to fewer behavioral problems),
• Self-Health Insurance Funding Trusts for each employee to fund their own health care insurance and internalize the benefits for staying healthy,
• SHIFT the paradigm from government-controlled health care to private consumer-based health care for accountability and quality control,
• Amend Obama Care to (Affordable Care Act) incorporate consumer standards of quality and episodic artificial intelligence (AI) models for the pursuit of outcomes justifying provider incomes,
The use of AI in health care is a positive move to structure medical and physical processes to guide the continum of care from the physcian, hospital, nursing home, assisted living and home care. The development if the care plan should start with the physician diagnosis, a nursing diagnosis, problem listing triggering programs of intervention, linked to a stafff assignment schematic, by skill level of the staff assignments.
This was developed over a period of 35 years by my software development company ... Caregiver Management Systems, Inc. My son Kip Rhoads was the chief of development using my experience in developing standard cost accounting systems at Arthur Andersen & Co.
I am told by some of my contemporaries that it is only a matterof time when the need will catch up with our solutions.
