Yvonne tells us a little about her background and how she got into the culture and DE&I space. We discuss where the United States is in regard to these areas. Yvonne speaks about the areas she feels are choke points in regard to leaders within culture and DE&I. She explains what a company can do to bridge their understanding of these issues and where leaders can get closer to hitting the mark in their efforts to support. We finish off by discussing where she sees us five years from now in our efforts to bridge our collective understanding of our roles in culture and DE&I.
