Marc Levine is the founder of Improv My Sales. We teach leaders and teams to have important, meaningful conversations in a clearer, honest, more connected way. We use data-driven best practices and principles from psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and improvisational comedy to help people listen, reflect, tune into each other’s needs, and collaborate.

For over 25 years Marc has impacted business as a leadership coach, consultant, director of sales, and trainer in NYC, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. For 7 years he was consulting manager at Retensa, an employee retention firm. For 6 years Marc was director of development for The Mulvaney Group, a niche training firm. He led the firm to record sales revenue. His clients have ranged from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations such as Citibank and Bayer. He often works with successful, high-growth companies that want to maintain their culture as they expand.
