Welcome to the introduction of Ava Kump. Ava is a joy to be around as she is always smiling and talking. Her heart for other and her heart for fitness definitely set her apart. Her heart isn't the only muscle that she works routinely though as she is a national caliber weight lifter. Ava has joined the Faithfully Fit family and I am pleased to introduce you to her now!
