This episode is me (attempting) reading out the nominees for the Mental Health Blog Awards in July. I really should have allowed more time for myself but Im busy getting ready for Mental Health Awareness Week at work, so its just a quick one.
Congrats to the nominees, but more so yay to everyone that writes and talks about mental health in whatever form. You are all great.
