As a continuation of the series #TheSocialWorkerSpotlightSeries, had the pleasure of interviewing Ella McAllister, LCSW, LCADC a clinical social worker who also does work regarding substance use/addiction in the state of New Jersey. We discuss how COVID has impacted her private practice; her work in addiction treatment, adjusting to doing tele-therapy and discusses the particular platform she uses for treatment (it's not zoom).
