Hans Bernier, MPA, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in NYC. We discuss his work in the field from working in after school programs, GED programs, working as a school social worker. He also works with an organization called Black Men Heal, an agency that provides quality therapy for men of color. Hans currently works as a field instructor at Colombia University School of Social Work. We talk about his work as a field instructor, working through vicarious trauma, his work in the Bronx.
