Hopefully it helps you crush some VO2Max sessions (classic 5x5, Hard Starts, 3m bangers, get some KOMs), and increase your aerobic capacity!
Quick thoughts: Get carbed up, LactiGo up, and use these interval sessions as dress rehearsals for executing a great nights sleep, nailing the nutrition, dialing in the warm up, and having an awesome ride!
