Description

Abi covers the story of Johnny Lewis, once a quirky young actor turned hopeful writer in LA whose life took a dark turn.

In the early 2000s, teen movies and TV shows featured the young Johnny Lewis as a lovable character which fit his personality until he lost control of his motorcycle. His behavior became erratic and soon he began committing violent assaults. Despite pleas from his father to see a doctor, Lewis was in and out of jail.

On September 26, 2012, Lewis attacked an elderly woman so brutally the only explanation had to be bath salts. The toxicology report would shock the public.

The episode wraps with discussion about the film Raise Your Voice featuring Hilary Duff and Kat Dennings where Johnny Lewis played a character nicknamed Kiwi.
