In the year 1950, life changed for 18-year-old Jacqueline Cadow of Paradis, Louisiana.
One night, she heard a “wolf whistle”outside her home, and from February until her wedding day in October, she would consistently hear the whistling. The stranger became known as the Phantom Whistler.
