Standard Bearers are those who uphold values or ideas. They are those who champion the values and ideas in which they believe.
They possess the strength to endure changing trends; they have the discipline to remain consistent and on message and the fearlessness to speak to that which is unpopular or unfavored by the masses. If you want to be a leader and be successful, you must possess the qualities of a standard bearer.
