In this message we learn that people believe the Gospel but are unwilling to surrender their lives to Christ. King Agrippa is an example of this after listening to Paul share his testimony. He made the statement, "you almost persuaded me to be a Christian." The key is for us to respond to such people with grace instead of condescension.
