Day 2 Upper
1. Dumbbell Incline Chest Press 3 x 12-15
2. Single Arm DB Row 3 x 12-15
3. Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press 3 x 12-15
Day 3 Full Body
1.Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 12-15
2.Body Weight Push ups 3 x Reps until Fatigue
3.Cable Rows 3 x 12-15
